Our extraits are 100% natural and are prepared using pure highest quality essential oils and absolutes, which have been diligently sourced from reputable producers. We make them mobile and dilute them to 20% in certified organic grain alcohol, which has been aged for at least three months. They are very strong and should be used with care. They should never under any circumstances be taken internally or left within reach of children. Because they are natural many have dark colours. Filtering through activated charcoal will remove some of the colour but the charcoal will also retain much of the odour.
Lovers of natural perfumes appreciate the colours as part of their charm but they can stain fabric. Apply dark ones directly onto the skin. Never ignore the safety advice for each extrait and do not exceed the advised concentrations if you are using them to blend your own fragrances. If you .want to use any extrait as a soliflor (single note) fragrances use only those, which are indicated. Allergies are a common part of modern life and if you have any doubts about any extrait either do not use it or try a patch test before using. A patch test consists of putting a drop of an extrait onto the underside of your wrist and leaving it there for several minutes. Observe the skin and watch for any sign of reddening, inflammation or warming sensation. If any of those occur wash the skin immediately with warm soapy water and do not use that particular extrait.
